CLUBHOUSE RENTAL GUIDELINES AND CLEANUP CHECKLIST
Rental of the clubhouse is available for homeowners and/or residents in good standing and can be arranged by submitting the below electronic form and by providing a $50 dollar deposit. Your deposit is to guarantee the rental time and space and will be returned once the checklist after your event has been completed. Failure to complete the facilities usage checklist will result in your deposit being used towards any possible cleaning fees and/or repairs that may be necessary. Any excess damage could result in further charges being assessed directly to the homeowner who rented/reserved the space. Failure to follow any/all posted rules regarding the clubhouse and pool facility by either community or outside members of your event can result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
These rules are not negotiable. However, the governing board will consider any reasonable request for accommodation. The governing board of this neighborhood reserves the right to enforce said rules as well as restrict or penalize any person found to be in direct violation. This could include fines and if necessary, removal and restriction of further use from the facility. By submitting this electronic request, you are indicating that you have read and agree to the rules associated with the use of the facility and understand that failure to do so or cause damage to property during your event could result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
