THE GARDENS OF SARALAN IS A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY NESTLED IN CRAWFORDVILLE, FLORIDA. OUR NEIGHBORHOOD FEATURES ALL SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND INCLUDES AMENITIES UNLIKE ANY OTHER IN THE AREA OF A COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE, PLAYGROUND, AND GATED POOL.

- New Residents/Members. Make sure to select Create Account in the upper right corner of main page. Registration as a homeowner is required to access the full options available to homeowners on this page. Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be reviewed and approved by admins.

- If you need to submit an ACC request or to reserve the clubhouse for a private event, please use the corresponding links on the right. Please take the time to visit the community documents page to find our governing documents which include our Bylaws & Rules and Regulations of the community. Also, make sure to check out the calendar for upcoming community events as well as review our quarterly newsletter!

- For anything related to key fobs for the clubhouse, (New, Replacement, Reactivation, or an Additional one), please fill out the key fob request form on the right and submit in order for us to be able to assist you as best we can.

- The Gardens of Saralan dues are currently $400.00 annually. Dues are due January 1st of each year and are considered late if not paid by March 1st of that year. Any home that is considered late is also considered not in good standing until its account balance is brought back up to paid.

- Sometimes payments made from a personal bank account being used for the first time through the HOA Express payment system require additional verification through "Micro-Deposits". If you are experiencing issues with this and need more info, please visit this link;
